The UPS Store

Second time in the past week I’ve been there and Dominic is amazing. Had issues with the computer as I was using there to print an label and he came over and helped me. And he is always extremely patient with me when doing all my Amazon returns and figuring out which codes are for what and is always just a pleasant and happy person. I will always go to this UPS as it’s always great service.

DO NOT PAY for a second delivery at any UPS store. The company does not officially guarantee it, and you will not receive a refund. However, I am preparing a case for court. UPS must fulfill its obligations and provide the service, or refund the money.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not use this store! Had a package that was to be delivered to my home, they failed and I had I rerouted to this store. They charged a fee- refused to have it refunded. Been on the phone for well over 3 hours trying to get it resolved. If I could this store a zero I WOULD!! AWFUL!! When asked for the owner's name, Manager refused to give it to me. Told me I was an angry customer and basically disregarded my concern and hung up. Don's bother reaching out to customer relations or customer service with UPS, refunds and other items related to the stores are at the discretion of the stores, if the store won't refund your charge for having a package delivered to their location- NO chance of getting a refund.

The manager Colleen is very rude and unprofessional. Charged a fee almost equivalent to shipping for my item being held a little more than an hour. Instead of waving the fee as a courtesy she decided to blamed me as the customer for not calling them ahead when the shipper is the one that offered it as an option and did not inform me of the additional fees. Will not do business here again.

Dominic was extremely helpful over the phone and provided great assistance regarding any issues/questions I had! Thank you so much. Awesome employee and store!
